Review Time
I am unable to evaluate the products at this time. I ordered three items on December 2, with only one being customized. As of December 28, I have not received any of them, which makes it 26 days. I reached out to the support team via email on December 22 to inquire about the status. I received a response the same day indicating that my order was in the final stages and would be shipped that week. However, that was a week ago. The links provided to check on order updates only redirect to the confirmation page. While I understand it’s the holiday season and involves a custom order, I am still disappointed by the delay. If I don’t receive an update soon, I might have to reach out for a refund.
I ordered 3 double tray ice cubes on December 1st for Christmas gifts, knowing that customization would take some time. Unfortunately, all my designs needed adjustments, so I had to settle for initials and basic stock designs instead. I was still looking forward to giving these as fun gifts. My plan was to freeze the cubes on Christmas Eve to serve drinks with them on Christmas Day. However, they shipped on December 18th, and I received them on December 26th—one day after Christmas, despite my order being placed on December 1st. Unbelievable! The tracking information was stuck with no updates since December 24th at 5:26 AM, when it showed it was in my state. I reached out to the company, but received no response, not even an apology. I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered a "Thank you for Hosting Us" gift for a friend in November. I received notification that the package had been delivered to her home in Pinehurst NC. A few days after receiving that notification, we spent Thanksgiving at her home. The gift had not arrived as I'd been led to believe it was. I contacted Siligrams customer service who, initially, seemed intent on resolving the issue. They said that they'd send a shipment to my home instead so that I could be sure it arrived. I said that I'd take care of getting the gift to my friend. What they instead did, was ship another order to my friend home in NC. That shipment never arrived. I received a message from one of their customer service representatives who said they would "personally" make sure this was resolved satisfactorily. It is now nearly two weeks since I received that message, and they are now not responding to my messages. In a nutshell, I ordered two monogramed ice trays and a large doggie bone tray for a friend in November of 2024. It is now January 2025 and they have not remedied the situation. I spent over $156 dollars for this gift. I will of course now seek whatever recourse is available as they clearly have failed to resolve this issue, Don't make the same mistake I did. There are legit companies out there that truly care about delivering a quality product, Siligrams is not to be trusted. Update: After contacting the friend I ordered this gift for, the Siligrams rep was able to confirm she had received the second shipment they sent. My friend had no idea who sent the gift, because Siligrams failed to include the gift card that I had ordered along with the merchandise.
