I am unable to evaluate the products at this time. I ordered three items on December 2, with only one being customized. As of December 28, I have not received any of them, which makes it 26 days. I reached out to the support team via email on December 22 to inquire about the status. I received a response the same day indicating that my order was in the final stages and would be shipped that week. However, that was a week ago. The links provided to check on order updates only redirect to the confirmation page. While I understand it’s the holiday season and involves a custom order, I am still disappointed by the delay. If I don’t receive an update soon, I might have to reach out for a refund.
