Run from this Company!!!Worst company ever. Silk & Snow has a very deceitful return policy. Their return policy allows for returns. However, one must first contact customer support for a return. Customer Service will repeatedly try to get you to donate instead of returning the item. Then Customer Service will email steps. Steps include sending photos do you have the original box and asking again to confirm you want a refund. Two Customer Service representatives for days doing the same thing over and over. Horrible, dreaded company Silk & Snow is. All I want to do is return a robe that is way too large and not even made good. Not a quality product. Still no return label to return the robe! Run from Silk & Snow!
