I ordered a couch from a company expecting the same professional service I received just two weeks prior, when their partners delivered a bed frame without issue. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Today, the delivery driver refused to carry the couch inside or even onto the covered porch. Instead, they left the heavy boxes directly on the driveway in -20°C weather. My supposed "luxury" furniture was abandoned in the snow, slush, and road salt. I had to rush to move the heavy boxes inside myself to avoid water damage to the fabric. It’s unacceptable for a premium furniture company to partner with carriers who won’t even place items on a dry doorstep. If you’re purchasing large items, be cautious: "delivery" might just mean finding your sofa in a snowbank at the curb. The company works with a delivery partner that seems to have disabled their Google Reviews to obscure their poor service. Since I can’t warn people on their page, I’ll do it here: if your delivery is assigned to this partner, cancel it immediately. They left my furniture in the snow and refused to assist.
