The title of my review is my proposal for a new name for this company that, if the company were honest, it would adopt. I heartily agree with the reviewer named KFC who called this company a fraud: my experience is essentially identical to KFC's experience, even down to the wording of the same unfulfilled offer that the company made to me for a 30% refund to my credit card. At the time in July of 2025 that I purchased an item from this company, their website contained the prominent declaration that purchased items could be returned. As I discovered only after making my purchase, this declaration was bogus, since the fine print on their website required that the returned item be shipped to an address in China, at a cost many times the cost of the item. Perhaps because the company realized that this requirement effectively undermined the availability of returns, they no longer publish on their website an address to which returns must be shipped.
