This company is a fraud. They market these pajamas as 100% pure mulberry silk. The pajamas I received had labels in both the top and the bottom indicating they are 100% polyester. (See the picture attached.) They have not offered me a full refund. Instead, their response was: "We can provide you with a 30% partial refund of your order total. In addition, we can offer you a 30% discount code that you can use on your future orders with us. We hope that this option will help alleviate the return process for you and allow you to keep the item while still being satisfied with your purchase experience. Please let us know which option you would prefer, or if you have any other suggestions in mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service."I declined that offer and demanded a refund. The latest response (likely AI generated) used the same wording only offering a 50% return of money and a 50% discount on future purchase.
