I would give it negative stars if I could.
The products are terrible quality but charged high prices so that WHEN you want to return it, they can offer you a 50% refund and still make a tidy profit. (Pro tip for anyone who actually wants to keep this garbage, try to submit a return and they'll give you 50% back.)
Their cancellation policy says that you can cancel an order before it is shipped and I attempted this. I looked up their email addresses, yes plural, and attempted to cancel my order moments after placing it, but apparently neither of the emails I sent were received or acknowledged. When working with customer service to return my items I took screenshots of the emails that I sent and they refused to acknowledge that I had sent them. They are still making me pay return shipping costs even though I tried to cancel them before they shipped. They will not inform me of what the correct email address was or why these two email addresses are all I was able to find when I was trying to figure out how to cancel my order.
This is why everyone orders from Amazon. This is also why you should check reviews on a company before purchasing from them. That is why I am writing this review anywhere I can find to post it, hoping to save someone else from my mistake. Never order from this company!
