This points to a significant problem with inventory management and a failure to maintain real-time stock updates. What was most troubling was that refunds were issued without any prior notice or approval. I was never contacted to confirm if I wanted to choose an alternative, wait for more information, or cancel the order. The decision was made without my input. Although the staff were polite in their responses, the entire process lacked consideration for the customer's time, intentions, and purchasing choices. Allowing customers to repeatedly order out-of-stock items and then cancelling them without any discussion is not an acceptable online shopping experience—especially at this price range. I would strongly advise other customers to be mindful of these system and service issues before making online purchases.
