Wish I could give a zero. I ordered my package 6 weeks before my fiancé’s birthday and it was lost in transit. I even purchased the Worry Free insurance and it made it worse. This is an excuse for the company to defer all problems to Seel, the insurance company.
They refuse to resend the package I ordered. They will also only respond to customer service emails once a day. Not productive at all.
