DO NOT BUY FROM SILKSILKY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I PURCHASED PRODUCT JAN 2026 AND RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE AT $30 COST STRAIGHT AWAY FROM RECEIVING THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS BAD SIZING. GAVE TRACKING NUMBER. TRACKING NUMBER CONFIRMED DELIVERY. SINCE THEN THEY STOPPED CORRESPONDING AND NO EXCHANGE. $243 SCAMED.

Ordered a $70+ item for my wife for Valentine's Day, well in advance of the 14th. Received multiple shipping notifications that it was delayed. I reached out to support where it would take hours to receive a reponse but they did respond. The item was then "delivered" on the 9th, but upon opening the mailbox, no item was there. I reached out to support, where I received a notice to reach out to SEEL, their 3rd party support site, for issues with delivery. Worked with SEEL just to be told "Sorry, "theft" is not covered" even though I provided posts showing that we had asked our community if they received our item on accident. After multiple emails with SilkySilk support, Cc'd on them, they still NEVER responded. Never once wanting to find some way to support their "customer". I didn't even ask for a refund! I would have happily taken a replacement so my wife could get something even weeks after Valentine's Day, yet SilkySilk was not interested in our experience. I will never purchase from them again. I also do not recommend any service that delivers to a Postal Service Parcel box. I was asked by SEEL to prove my case via RING video footage, and when I said it was delivered to the USPS Parcel box, they told me, "Oh, that's unfortunate". Buyer beware.

Wonderful products and excellent quality at a fair price. The colors stay vibrant even after many washes. I absolutely love every nightgown, and the ones without lace look great worn as dresses under a jacket. I highly recommend any of their products—just be sure to double-check the sizing!

I had a small issue with a return, but it was handled quickly and professionally in the end.

Wish I could give a zero. I ordered my package 6 weeks before my fiancé’s birthday and it was lost in transit. I even purchased the Worry Free insurance and it made it worse. This is an excuse for the company to defer all problems to Seel, the insurance company.
They refuse to resend the package I ordered. They will also only respond to customer service emails once a day. Not productive at all.
Spare your time and money and do not order from this company.

Product was mis shapen, under sized and not at all as pictured on the website. Address given for returning the product was undeliverable per post office. Since it took over 4 weeks to go through the return process, some seven weeks after purchase, it is too late to cancel credit card charge. I will inform credit card company to put silksilky on watch list, or to deny service to them.

I bought a silk scarf but it was fraying to much so I asked for a refund, not worn and tags still on, they said as it has been worn I will only be able to get partial refund of 15% or 30% cash coupon , I replied its not been worn as I said so I want 100% with full return postage costs, they said we don't refund postage even when I pointed out the law says they have to by Law. Today I got my refund but no money for postage so they knowingly break the Law so just shop somewhere else as I will. They are very hard to deal with and the scarf was very poor quality. Avoid Avoid.
