Ordered a $70+ item for my wife for Valentine's Day, well in advance of the 14th. Received multiple shipping notifications that it was delayed. I reached out to support where it would take hours to receive a reponse but they did respond. The item was then "delivered" on the 9th, but upon opening the mailbox, no item was there. I reached out to support, where I received a notice to reach out to SEEL, their 3rd party support site, for issues with delivery. Worked with SEEL just to be told "Sorry, "theft" is not covered" even though I provided posts showing that we had asked our community if they received our item on accident. After multiple emails with SilkySilk support, Cc'd on them, they still NEVER responded. Never once wanting to find some way to support their "customer". I didn't even ask for a refund! I would have happily taken a replacement so my wife could get something even weeks after Valentine's Day, yet SilkySilk was not interested in our experience. I will never purchase from them again. I also do not recommend any service that delivers to a Postal Service Parcel box. I was asked by SEEL to prove my case via RING video footage, and when I said it was delivered to the USPS Parcel box, they told me, "Oh, that's unfortunate". Buyer beware.
