I bought this product for Christmas, but when I tried to use it, it started smelling of burning and then smoking! There were no return instructions included. The website is unhelpful and fails to acknowledge return requests. I've also received rude emails from them. This company not only sells defective products but also has terrible customer service. I have even received threats regarding my children due to rude exchanges. I have reported this to the authorities!
