This has been a completely disappointing experience. I purchased a 5 in 1 hair dryer brush set as a Christmas gift, but it was faulty. I’ve been trying to reach out for a return, but they haven't responded. I'm very dissatisfied with this £50 purchase and feel they should not be allowed to operate a website.
I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. The product broke immediately and the quality was terrible. I've been attempting to reach out since before Christmas, but no one has replied. I will be reporting this issue to the relevant authorities.
AVOID this seller! Their customer service consists of unqualified staff who sent threats via email and engaged in harassment on social media. They also shared personal information illegally. The product I received was a cheap imitation, and I will be reporting these actions to the authorities.
Their customer service is appalling! I received an email stating that I had insulted them first and was told to have a horrible year. All of this occurred because I expressed my frustration over their slow responses. I cannot recommend this seller to anyone.

Do not buy anything from this company. I received a poorly made, faulty product and have been trying to find out how to return it but have only received silence. They have a 30-day return policy, which is illegal for faulty items. This has been the worst purchasing experience I've ever had—save your money and shop elsewhere.
