Update: Finally got a refund. Been threatened with legal action re my review. Direct copies of emails from silkyflow: "Its quite obvious you were born yesterday, thinking a credit card payment refund will show up immediately but I'm not surprised You can keep your review as it is, we have screenshotted it so thats enough for us."do not expect a refund" is what you wrote on your refund again which is untrue and you've purposely left that to deter customers, nevertheless this will be dealt with in a way you deserve." "Do you want a free hairstyler as charity? It seems it would help you out"‐------------Awful experience with this company. Customer service is non existent. Item is cheap and poor quality and faulty. Its taken me over a week to get a response and then threatened with legal action for raising a dispute with my bank..which I raised as I was worried I wouldn't get a refund. Really condesending emails and threats. AVOID! I've never written a review for anywhere before but have to warn others not to use this site.
