I purchased an item, but it was too small, so I requested a refund or exchange. The only way to get information for this was to fill out an online form. I have emailed them about 10 times and submitted their online form around 20 times over two weeks, but received no response at all. They are essentially robbing customers; their website stated that refunds are possible within 100 days. I requested a refund/exchange on the day I received and tried on the item. I am extremely frustrated by their lack of communication. I will escalate this to the ombudsman. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this seller, as they will completely ignore you when you need to return or exchange an item, despite their website claiming refunds/exchanges are available. Unlike other sellers, they failed to inform customers in advance about the refund process, likely because they intend to ignore all inquiries!
