I've emailed them around 10 times and filled out the form about 20 times over two weeks, yet received no response. It feels like they are taking advantage of customers; their website stated that refunds could be processed within 100 days. I requested a refund/exchange on the same day I received the item and tried it on. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I plan to escalate this issue to the appropriate authorities. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller, as they will likely ignore you when you attempt to return or exchange an item, despite their claims on the website.
