I ordered four sweaters on December 18, expecting them by Christmas. Christmas came and went without receiving anything, and the only communication I got was an email asking for a review of products I hadn't received by early January. I followed up and was informed that the package was with the carrier and would be investigated, but I never heard back. It's been nearly a month since my order. I even tried to contact the carrier with no success. I've requested a refund and am incredibly disappointed in the lack of service and accountability from this company.
