I ordered Christmas sweaters but mistakenly entered my name in the address field. As a result, the sweaters were stuck at a distribution center and couldn't be delivered. I reached out to the seller, and they were very understanding. I received a refund for the sweaters shortly after. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy them, but this was entirely my mistake. I appreciate the seller's understanding and the ease of resolving the issue. Next year, I will definitely order from here again.
