I have ordered from their website twice and both times have been straight forward and on time. They have amazing "ugly Christmas sweaters" in the best way possible.One of my wires in my sweater got detached this year but it was very easy to unscrew the little battery box and attach it again (I did also reinforced the stability of the wire with a hot glue gun to make sure it won't happen again, maybe a possible implementation in future production so all the stress when moved won't go directly in the very thin exposed part of the copper wire😁).
