I requested a refund/exchange on the same day I received the item and tried it on. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I plan to escalate this issue to the appropriate authorities. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller, as they will likely ignore you when you attempt to return or exchange an item, despite their claims on the website.
