The whole process from start to finish has been a dream. Purchased Valet and Service to get my 5 year old pram a new lease of life read for my new born arriving in April. Purchased the Valet and service 21st January, silvercross customer service team were intouch by 22nd and then I have been looked after by Jessica Procter where packing boxes were sent out in advance and the pram was collected at a suitable time for me on 5th February. The pram has been returned 2 weeks later and it looks like a brand new pram. Clean and any damage repaired. The handles look brand new! I am so excited to use it in a few months time. Jessica was helpful from start to finish. Definitely recommend using the service. Thank you again.
