I just want to say, I cannot recommend Silver Cross company more, I want to say that they rectified a problem that I had made and received an order, that I had incorrectly made, I spoke to Zoe, she re-ordered the correct item, arranged it's delivery, and the collection of my original order, all at no extra cost. Brilliant service, thankyou everyone at Silver Cross Shipton.

We bought a silvercross travel system in 2022 for our daughter as we wanted a carrycot, buggy and car seat that were all compatible and integrated. We loved using the system at every stage of her development until 3 years old when we packed it away. Ahead of our new baby's arrival we booked the valet service and have been blown away by how smooth the process was (everything was collected and delivered from our home address) and the whole system has come back looking brand new! We would highly recommend this brilliant brand to anyone expecting a little one.

We had ordered our pram for our first baby but we're unhappy with he colour when we saw it in person. Customer service were excellent- thanks to Amber we were really excited to receive our replacement silver cross pram. She was helpful, understanding and really went the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy with the solution.

We’ve had silver cross for both our children , great quality. Our footmuff git damaged in a fire before our little one could use it , and I couldn’t find it to buy separately. I filled in an enquiry form stating what had happened and what footmuff we were looking for. They quickly replied and informed me they would send one out free of charge ! Faith in humanity restored !!!

Very very impressed

Silvercross after care service was second to none! Even down to delivering the box to return our clic buggy in! Emails answered very promptly . DPD delivery and pick up was no trouble all sorted by Silvercross. A new replacement clic as they couldn't fix mine. Keep it up Silvercross. Thank you.

Broken car seat replaced free of charge

After almost 3 years with our motion 360 car seat we had an issue with it. Silver cross was super quick to respond and their customer service representatives were very helpful. They arranged a box to be sent to the house and the car seat was collected. Unfortunately the car seat couldn’t be fixed but we were absolutely blown away when silver cross said they were sending a replacement one with no charge. We originally chose to purchase a silver cross car seat as they had a reputation for good service and safety and were so pleased to see that reputation upheld.

Service could not be better with Silver Cross!We ordered the 10 piece coast bundle and as first time parents this is perfect to start you off! However I did see that the bundle had been upgraded to a 12 piece bundle, in which I contacted to see if there was anything we could do to get the extra parts. Silver Cross has kindly sent the stand to go with our Bassinet for the pram! We are delighted with this service and couldn't recommend them more to anyone!

Very helpful for first time parents!

As first time parents, we accidentally ordered a seat which wasn’t suitable for purpose. Silver cross were brilliant in helping us navigate a range of car seats and sent us a link to the correct seat/isafix, plus the attachment needed for the pram we already have. Was effortless dealing with them and the products are great. We purchased a full bundle and would highly recommend.

I had to contact Silvercross customer…

I had to contact Silvercross customer service as I needed replacement newborn inserts for my car seat. I searched everywhere online and had no luck, submitted a query on their website and within 24 hours I was contacted and provided a direct purchase link and confirmation that I would receive it by post. The communication was incredibly fast, even with a back and forth of emails, no waiting several working days for one reply! Couldn’t be happier!

Car seat replacement

We bought a silver cross car seat 5 years ago and recently realised the inner polystyrene had a crack in it. Contacted silver cross who organised to collect it from our house, assessed it and deemed it irreparable so organised a brand new updated car seat to be delivered to our house as a replacement. All communicated really easily via their messaging service. Excellent service and gives you peace of mind that you have a safe car seat for life with them!
