I got the rise by tinie pushchair, the mechanism that makes it fold broke after 2 months. I let silver cross know and they said they would repair it, the sent me a box to sent my rise back to them for DPD to refuse collection, this should of been my warning for how awful this situation was going to be, finally get someone to collect my pushchair and they promised it will be back with me with 5 working days. 5 working days go by and still not heard from them, I call them for them to tell me the pram is unrepairable, and they are send me a cheaper pushchair the clic. When I said I want my pushchair back they refused and said I can’t have it, now I think it’s my choice if I have push chair that doesn’t fold. It was in the upright position when it was sent back. They are refusing to send me mine back and said I will get the clic, I then got a message saying they are waiting for someone to authorise them sending me a alternative pram, and then state there is no obligation for them to send me one. £575 for a pushchair that I don’t even have, no refund offered and no looks like I won’t even get a alternative cheaper crappy pram
