There was a knock on my door, I opened it to find three firemen outside. Apparently my reach, unbeknownst to me had sent off an alarm. Neither my Reach, watch or phone were anywhere near me since I was giving the dog a bath. I had missed all the messages from Silvertree, hence the Firemen turning up. I was quite embarrassed but also grateful to know that the system works. Still don't understand why it went off, though.
