I ordered a personalized tree topper featuring a character. The image presented it in 3D, but what I received was flat. It was supposed to be a plush item holding a star, but it turned out to be just a flat piece of plastic, unsuitable for a Christmas tree. To make matters worse, it shipped from overseas and took a month to arrive, which was very frustrating. I wish I had been informed about this in advance. I cannot recommend this service due to misleading advertising; it leaves you dissatisfied with your purchase.
