Still no pillow, its been 5 weeks. Worse, the "tracking" system has totally broken down and it's stuck at 11-12-2024, and there is nobody who can tell me who the actual delivery company here in Vancouver is supposed to be, and no way of further tracking it. This is unacceptable. After my first review, I received a response with the "tracking number" but it ended up being totally useless.
