I ordered a 30 oz. tumbler for my granddaughter. It is a Disney Haunted Mansion themed tumbler personalized with her name. It arrived with a dent in the base, which looks awful, and the dent caused a bump on the bottom of the tumbler so that it does not sit level. It rocks back and forth. I have reached out to their Support Department several times with no response! I am not happy!!!Update:I was contacted today by the Silverybrand Support Department and I received an apology for the problems I was having concerning my order as outlined above. They are graciously replacing my damaged tumbler. I am very thankful to have had that communication from them!
