A delay due to Christmas is completely acceptable: two weeks is no issue for me. Just do your job without stressing yourselves out – we really need your team! The delivery personnel are also putting in extra hours and deserve more recognition for their efforts. HOWEVER, waiting over a month for my rig's seat is quite frustrating. The 10% discount code offered as an apology felt more like an insult, as I’m not inclined to spend more money at this moment. Your support team, however, is excellent – really great people! By the way, the seat is still not here.
