Well, what can I say? They're pretty much the best cockpits on the market. Nothing moves here! Top-notch quality. Great support, a very nice and understanding CEO. I can recommend them to anyone. If you want the best, this is the place.
A delay due to Christmas is completely acceptable: two weeks is no issue for me. Just do your job without stressing yourselves out – we really need your team! The delivery personnel are also putting in extra hours and deserve more recognition for their efforts. HOWEVER, waiting over a month for my rig's seat is quite frustrating. The 10% discount code offered as an apology felt more like an insult, as I’m not inclined to spend more money at this moment. Your support team, however, is excellent – really great people! By the way, the seat is still not here.
Quick delivery, straightforward to put together, and securely packaged. Although my boxes arrived damaged from the carrier, the contents remained in excellent condition thanks to their careful protection of the product. I've returned to purchase additional items, and the experience was just as positive.
