This is truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had! We have a contract with the company, and their customer service was terrible. My SIM card rarely had a decent signal. When I briefly used it in Switzerland, I was shocked to receive a €70 bill the next month. When I tried to cancel my contract, the support team suggested changing my SIM card tariff to finish the contract early for less money. I later realized this was a scam, as there was no record of our conversation. They seem to do this just to extract more money from customers. Since they don’t keep logs of calls, once you realize you've been tricked, there’s no one to complain to. It's a disgraceful form of theft.
