The management of eSIM activation is truly chaotic. If you find yourself needing to delete your eSIM, transfer it to a different device, or reactivate it for any reason, don't expect any effective assistance. You keep paying your bill, yet you're left without a functional SIM and no clear way to reactivate it. Rather than addressing the core issue, customer service responses primarily focus on promoting additional products that are unrelated to your problem. The online portal is the only resource they direct you to, even though it offers no real help. The same ineffective instructions are sent over and over. It’s clear that no one thoroughly reviews the conversation history — responses are merely sent to acknowledge receipt, not to provide solutions. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service, particularly if you value dependable support.

When I used it briefly in Switzerland, the following month we received a €70 bill. When I attempted to cancel my contract, which was nearing its end, the support team suggested changing my SIM card tariff to end the contract sooner and reduce costs. A few months later, I realized this was a tactic used by the company to trick customers. There was no record of that conversation at all. They do this solely to extract more money from their clients. Since they don’t maintain any logs of customer interactions, once I figured out I had been deceived—six months later—there was no one to whom I could file a complaint. This is an incredibly shameless form of theft.

I received a SIM card that turned out to be useless because the PIN and PUK codes didn’t work. All they could offer was sending me a new card for free. However, after receiving the new SIM card, it still didn’t work because the PIN and PUK codes provided were incorrect.
This company is fraudulent. I ordered a SIM card on July 15 but didn’t receive it by July 23, so I requested a cancellation. I got a cancellation confirmation on July 25, yet I’m still being charged monthly for a package, and no one seems to care.
There’s a complete lack of transparency, especially regarding billing while abroad. Be careful: unexpected charges can arise, and it’s hard to get clear answers. Cancelling a contract is unnecessarily complex. You can’t just send an email; you must call their service line, where agents spend 30 minutes trying to persuade you to stay or switch tariffs. The entire process feels deliberately difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend this company due to their unclear practices and poor customer service.
This has been nothing but trouble. I paid every month while abroad, expecting to use my SIM upon returning home. Instead, I arrived in Germany with no signal at all—unable to call or use data—basically stranded. There was no warning from the company that my eSIM would stop working after long-term roaming. I had to go through a ridiculous process to get a replacement eSIM, which took almost a week without service while I continued to pay. There was no urgency from support or any notification about this policy. This is not what I expect from a company that wants to retain customers.
