This has been one of the worst telecom services I've ever dealt with. There's no transparency, and customer support is completely ineffective. They activated roaming services on my SIM and charged me over 70 Euros for just 5 MB of data. They've hidden detailed information about this on their website. It's a questionable company, and I can't understand how such a service is allowed to operate and deceive its customers.
