If you struggle with speaking German, you should definitely find a better company. I've called two times asking to speak with someone that could speak at least a bit of English but nobody was able to. However I had to try with German and finally I found somebody that was nice enough to help me. Other people from customer care were not polite when knowing that my German was not that good. I quit my contract and now I will find a better one that not only provides good internet at an average price as one that also has a good costumer service and also speak English.
