This has been one of the worst experiences ever!!! We have a contract with them, and the customer service was truly terrible. My SIM card rarely had a proper signal in many locations. When I used it briefly in Switzerland, the following month we received a €70 bill. When I attempted to cancel my contract, which was nearing its end, the support team suggested changing my SIM card tariff to end the contract sooner and reduce costs. A few months later, I realized this was a tactic used by the company to trick customers. There was no record of that conversation at all. They do this solely to extract more money from their clients. Since they don’t maintain any logs of customer interactions, once I figured out I had been deceived—six months later—there was no one to whom I could file a complaint. This is an incredibly shameless form of theft.
