Rather than addressing the core issue, customer service responses primarily focus on promoting additional products that are unrelated to your problem. The online portal is the only resource they direct you to, even though it offers no real help. The same ineffective instructions are sent over and over. It’s clear that no one thoroughly reviews the conversation history — responses are merely sent to acknowledge receipt, not to provide solutions. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service, particularly if you value dependable support.
