Review Time
Placed an order on the 13th February, have messaged 3 to 4 x and heard nothing. I've had no update in regards to my original order- no reply to my concerns about being scammed this doesnt even deserve 1 star. I'm pushed to just ask for a refund but they arent responding- will report to the bank. Would avoid at all cost.
like the shower towel did not use the face cloth yet I also got the dry disposable face towel with I bought it was a wet one, but it is ok they are nice ,soft and strong.I got your body wash,I like it but the pump was very hard fo 3 shot and then it stuck at the lower point and it is stuck
I have been using these wash cloths for 3 years and my skin has never been better. I have both dermatitis & eczema which was a big problem for me as I was using steroid cream daily like moisturiser, for relief. Now I have next to no skin issues after using sima cloth with medicated body wash for last 3 years. The longer I use the towel the better my skin becomes. Only the occasional spot breakout for me these days.
I love the way my skin feels and looks after using the exfoliation items. I want to order the whole face and body bundle now! Sima taught me about the hidden bacteria in my normal towels, and I’m now on a mission to eliminate bacteria for my face and body. It would be great if Sima would have hair care - besides the shower head.
Hey I can honestly say that I am a completely satisfied customer. I originally purchased for my daughter and grand daughter and they loved them so much and talked me into trying them. I have been telling everyone about them and my sister has put in an order and is looking forward to having beautifly smooth skin. I have not received the charcoal body wash yet but look forward to trying it when it comes. The only thing that didn't work was was getting my free 50 pack face towels. I clicked on where it said to receive free and put my second order but nothing happened when I got the end. I am a happy customer who will continue to advocate for your great products. Cheers, Donna.
Do not buy from this company. I never received the order I placed 1 month ago. I never received the ‘replacement’ they said would arrive in 7 business days.I asked for a refund but my request was ignored. I’ve now been sent a ‘tracking link’ that does not work and asks for my credit card details.Update 22 August:My order has now arrived - thank you.
