Started taking Auxano Growth v2 in May 2021 and it is now November 2021 and the only thing that changed about my hair was that the serum gave me a fungal scalp infection. Please avoid this product, thats my recommendation after using it for 6 months.
I've been using the product for a month now, and i'm not sure i see any result.Nonetheless, i like it: it's easy to put and don't require too much time.I will leave it a bit more time to see the result.BUTAfter one month, i received an invoice from FedEx that is 26% of the total order value, wich is crazy to me.But okay, i need to pay VAT because i'm not in the US. But they also charge a admin clearance fees that is half of the VAT.I had to idea i will need to pay 61€ on top of the product price and shipping.If i did, i would have not bought it.That's why it's nowhere to be found on the product page or checkout page.It's "hidden" in the shipping policy.So i confronted the customer service about it, and they basically told me that i should be aware of the existence of these charges as a customer.I told them that they should put it on the product page or the checkout page, and they told me it's on the shipping policy page, so i should not have miss it.A conversation in the customer service tab should not be a legal dispute guys.Get your business together and please start to understand your customers.I bought from you because Ben told great things about you, but im disappointed in the way you treat people and I will never buy from you again.So in summary:A good product with an efficiency that i'm not sure about yet,and a customer service that you cannot count on.Enjoy
Heres my review of the hairgrowth product after 3 months of use IT DOESNT WORKIve responded well to minoxidil, which they claim this is similar too, but with this peptide serum, ive noticed no results at all. In fact, my hair has continued to fall and get thinner. The smell isnt that bad but it can be of putting while your with people and defienetly leaves odor on your pillows.On top of that its 300 bucks, and even more after customs, like 360 cad for me.If your reading this Please Save Your Money and either stick to minoxidal or just buzz your head. dont waste $300.The owner sells the dream saying its the future and that can be attractive to someone whos dealing with the trauma of loosing their hair, but please dont all for it.They deleted my review from their website so im turning to trustpilot to help people save their money
