We returned the vehicle in October without any damage, yet our security bond was withheld for almost two months. We were consistently misled and informed that the refund had already been processed and would appear by 10 November — which was completely false. The refund was only initiated on 1 December. Emails went unanswered, and during a subsequent phone call, we were incorrectly told the vehicle was damaged, only to be contradicted moments later. This is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We are now escalating the issue to the appropriate authorities.
