Careful! Absolutely unreliable supplier and delivery logistics! I placed an order at the end of November for 3 items and 3 packages with three "tracking numbers." The first arrived after 1 1/2 months without problems. The second came in a totally crushed box, in pieces, and almost all the parts were missing, and one corresponded to nothing, 15 days later at the end of January. I made pictures of the crushed package broken pieces. The customer service offered to send me the lamp, but I noticed in their email that it is not the model originally ordered (not available on the site now), but a much cheaper model. Despite my remarks, I have answers, but they do not answer my question. The third package is "officially" at customs, and the supplier tells me that I have to take it out of customs in Roissy. This is inconsistent since this problem did not occur for the first two. After calling the transportation company in France, Chronopost, the package is not found, and I have to turn to the supplier, who will be reimbursed.Now it is New Year in China, and the answer is that everything is closed for 15 days! I asked for a refund. I will make an update if I am refunded.
