Definitely do not buy from this website! All the reviews are true!!! The products are low quality. I ordered two lamps, only one arrived, and since the second one never arrived I canceled the order — and now they won’t reply to my emails. They’ve even blocked me, without refunding me for the second lamp. I’d like to know what I can do so these thieves don’t get away with it!
The service truly exceeded my expectations. I ordered some lights that didn't match the images. They assisted me in selecting the right bulbs, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue. However, they maintained communication and helped me reach a satisfactory solution. I would definitely purchase from them again when I need lighting.

AVOID THIS SITE - it's a SCAM! At first glance, it seems appealing, but you'll find low-quality, malfunctioning products and ineffective customer service. I waited an entire month for lamps that were advertised with '3–7 day delivery in Europe.' When they finally arrived, they were defective. For two months, I've been emailing and providing video evidence, yet the issue remains unresolved. Now they expect me to pay almost $100 in return shipping costs, along with a long list of return conditions that shift blame to the customer. To make matters worse, they don't even provide a proper return address—just a city and province in China, with no street name or recipient. It feels like a parcel meant to never arrive. I've never encountered anything like this before. My only advice: AVOID IT.
Fantastic experience! We ordered a lamp and requested a different fitting, which they arranged for us—very happy about that. The customer service is also exceptional; they really help you find the best solutions. Lastly, the product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! We'll certainly place another order!
