The delivery service received the parcel on the 9th, and we had to contact them to inquire about its clearance status. Tracking indicated it was at their depot, and they mentioned they sometimes forget to notify about customs. It was resolved after nearly four days, thanks to a friend's advice about the customs process. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the delivery service.
