This apron has exceeded my expectations; the material quality is outstanding, and the inclusion of pockets is appreciated. The adjustable neck strap is a nice feature, and I was able to print on it beautifully. It was a gift, and the recipient loves it, using it often for cooking or baking. A high-quality item at a fantastic price—I'll definitely purchase again.
The delivery service received the parcel on the 9th, and we had to contact them to inquire about its clearance status. Tracking indicated it was at their depot, and they mentioned they sometimes forget to notify about customs. It was resolved after nearly four days, thanks to a friend's advice about the customs process. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the delivery service.
You can't receive the full amount paid if you need to return for a refund. They charge nearly double for return postage compared to many other companies. This is very frustrating, and I will not support them again and will advise others against it.
I had a very poor experience; I ordered an XL size work scrub top and received it a few days ago. The sizing is not universal and was too large for me. When I tried to return it, the system instructed me to generate a code, which I never received via email. Ultimately, I had to keep it without any use.
