My experience with SIMon mobile (Vodafone) has been a total nightmare. The issues started because their online verification system doesn't even have "Brazil" listed as a country of origin. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of poor customer service.They told me to call support, but they don't offer assistance in English. When I reached out via email, they simply told me to call. They are passing the buck from one department to another without providing any actual solution. On top of that, their app is useless—I can't log in because the confirmation emails are never sent.I am currently without internet and completely ignored by the company.
