My experience with SIMon mobile (Vodafone) has been a total nightmare. The issues started because their online verification system doesn't even have "Brazil" listed as a country of origin. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of poor customer service.
They told me to call support, but they don't offer assistance in English. When I reached out via email, they simply told me to call. They are passing the buck from one department to another without providing any actual solution. On top of that, their app is useless—I can't log in because the confirmation emails are never sent.
I am currently without internet and completely ignored by the company. Their verification processes are broken, and their customer support is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Fair price. Review as 2 years experienced user. Unfortunately the internet connection is not well most of the time. The internet could be completed cut off when I am using google map due to bad connection in Berlin mitte area. Not counting bad connection indoor / in the park/ U bahn Sbahn (I know it is not SIMon mobile's issue) But the Simon mobile definitely has a lot of room to inprove it's bad and unstable connection.
I had ordered the sim from Simon before 1 month before the starting date, but still they failed to deliver the sim before the starting date. I had emailed them in meanwhile, but they answered that we will deliver it don't worry about it and in last week said sorry we can't.
