I was charged €50 for an unexplained connection charge. I tried contacting them by email but they refused to remove it and said it's because my phone tried connecting to another country (not even using any data!). I don’t speak German, so asked my partner to phone customer service. They were unable to look up charges past 80 days back, so refused to help and then shouted at her . Worst service ever!Edit/reply: Hi Simon. Thank you for responding. Let me explain this. I emailed your customer service at the time of the charge, he explained that it was from trying to connect to another countries network due to being close to the border. I couldn’t find a €50 charge listed anywhere of your fee list and I also did not receive any service or use any data in another country.But more importantly than the unexplained fee to me; what is your response for your employee shouting at my girlfriend on the phone? Are you not interested in looking into this?Thank you for the offer; I thought this would have been clear but I will never be using your service again, and I will strongly encourage all of my friends to do the same.Edit: Hi thanks for replying. I did however have an email from a debt collection agency even though I paid my most up to date invoice and terminated the contract. Chris
