The system made it wrong contact to my previous sim card wether I explained it, no one answer an email and then they cancelled my order which I already waited for 2 weeks.Customer service is very rude, only German speaking and no patience then hung up to customer.If anyone read this please consider that when you sign a contract with SIMON, it manages by VODAFONE, which is the worst service and rude customer service.
