One star, solely for the selection. During my last two visits to different locations, I spent a long time waiting to pay for purchases over $100. At one location, there were several cash registers open, but only one was staffed, leading to a lengthy wait. At another location, I was in line when someone cut in front of me, and the attendant left her station to assist him instead. Without customers, there is no business. I have canceled my account and reported my experience to a mystery shopping company I work with. I will never shop here again.
