I recently purchased two clothing items from the company, and I found both to be lacking in quality. One item was excessively baggy with an odd turtleneck, while the other was a boxy cardigan that sat awkwardly just below the waist and was poorly constructed. I decided to return them, but then I was hit with a 20% restocking fee, which is quite unusual. I am really frustrated with this service and will not be buying from them again.
Customer support is nearly impossible to reach. My partner ordered a gift for me for the holidays, but we realized it was being sent to the wrong address. We tried calling, emailing, and using chat, but received no responses. All we needed was to change the address. Whenever we contacted the store, the phone line disconnected. Having worked in customer service for over ten years, I've never encountered such a lack of support from a well-known department store. This situation is truly absurd.

I attempted to return an item, and the first question was whether I purchased it through a specific payment plan. Since I didn't buy it online myself, I was unsure. Instead of providing a full refund, they returned only the amount to the original payment method. As an American, I know this would never happen back home. I find this refund process quite cheap, and after spending thousands here, I now know I will never return. Very disappointed, especially since there are many other stores offering similar products, often for less.
Unfortunately, I can't review the product I ordered online because it never arrived. The company is taking its time to either send me a refund or a replacement. I've only received one email stating they are looking into the matter and that the delivery company is to blame for the delay. That was five days ago, and it has now been a month since my order was placed.
One star, solely for the selection. During my last two visits to different locations, I spent a long time waiting to pay for purchases over $100. At one location, there were several cash registers open, but only one was staffed, leading to a lengthy wait. At another location, I was in line when someone cut in front of me, and the attendant left her station to assist him instead. Without customers, there is no business. I have canceled my account and reported my experience to a mystery shopping company I work with. I will never shop here again.
