Overall, the service has improved significantly. The success largely hinges on the Project Manager. The first two managers struggled with basic tasks like maintaining a calendar on my site. My third manager made a substantial difference, enhancing the website to meet my needs and adding new courses. While he was occasionally inconsistent and missed some details, his overall performance was commendable. So far, my current manager has been the best.
