The service assured our travel agency it would host our website and perform necessary updates. We made the full down payment for their contract and agreed to a monthly retainer. However, after two months, not a single task was completed for our site, nor was it ever hosted online. Our own web team recognized that the service was relying on AI for assistance, identifying the AI codes. This company is more like a SimpleRipOff! When we requested a refund, our inquiries were ignored, just like all our job orders. The service lacks the necessary website skills for larger businesses.

Overall, the service has improved significantly. The success largely hinges on the Project Manager. The first two managers struggled with basic tasks like maintaining a calendar on my site. My third manager made a substantial difference, enhancing the website to meet my needs and adding new courses. While he was occasionally inconsistent and missed some details, his overall performance was commendable. So far, my current manager has been the best.
